We have an established Graduate Apprenticeship (GA) partnership with University of Strathclyde to enable keen school leavers to combine workplace learning and real-life experience with a BSc in Software Development.

You’ll typically work four days a week with us, spend one day at university, and complete home learning alongside. It’s a proven route into a career in tech — and you’ll be earning a salary while you do it.
The Graduate Apprenticeship scheme is supported by Skills Development Scotland and the Scottish Funding Council, with over 3,500 people benefiting from the programme to date.

Tom, Account Manager
Tom joined Eureka Solutions as part of the Sage 200 Support Team and from there moved to the Sage 200 Sales & Account Management Team where he began his role as Account Manager.
Danni, Product Specialist
Danni joined Eureka Solutions as a member of the Support Team and then progressed to the position of Product Specialist in the NetSuite Division.
Kenneth, NetSuite Technical Lead
Kenneth joined Eureka Solutions in the role of Product Specialist in the NetSuite Division, he then became a Senior Product Specialist, and he is currently in the role of NetSuite Technical Lead.
Alan, NetSuite Sales Director
Alan joined Eureka Solutions as a Marketing Assistant, he then moved across various teams such as Sales, Support and Implementation before settling on Sales as his preferred role.
We typically recruit for Graduate Apprentices around the time school leavers are applying for university.
If successful at interview, we’ll apply to the University of Strathclyde for your degree place, with a September start date.
