Our Implementation Process
Your Integrations will be thoroughly tested by our in-house Consultants. We will then provide you with an integration walk-through and training on the Besyncly platform.
The platform will then be passed over to you to complete your own user acceptance testing. This phase is essentially your opportunity to confirm the system works the way you need to.
Initiate, Analyse & Design
Project kick-off meeting and blueprint session. Followed up with a Statement of Works and where custom development is required, a development specification document.
Configuration
We will configure the Besyncly platform to meet your exact agreed requirements.
Validation, Training & UAT
Your integrations will be thoroughly tested by our in-house consultants. We will then provide you with an integration walk-through and training on the Besyncly platform. The platform will then be passed over to you to complete your own user acceptance testing. This phase is essentially your opportunity to confirm the system works the way you need it to.
Go-Live
At this stage, you will go live with your new integration and we will provide you with a dedicated resource. This provides you with peace of mind, and you have skilled resources available should you encounter any problems.
Post Go-Live Support
After go-live, you will be provided with ongoing support from our support department to guarantee a rapid resolution to any of your future queries.
