Welcome to the first edition of our monthly NetSuite product update series from Eureka Solutions. Each month, we’ll keep you informed on the latest features, enhancements, and important changes across NetSuite, helping you stay ahead and make the most of your system.

Monthly Updates Are Here to Stay

NetSuite is moving beyond its traditional twice-yearly upgrade cycle.

New features are now being delivered on a monthly release cadence, alongside the existing major biannual upgrades. This shift means:

  • Faster access to new features and improvements
  • Less waiting between functional enhancements
  • A more continuous innovation cycle for users

In short, improvements now reach your environment sooner and more frequently than before.

AI-Powered Bank Matching in Bank Reconciliation

Every charity dreads the end-of-year rush to prove exactly how funds were spent. The mandatory Finance teams get a major boost this month with AI-driven improvements to bank reconciliation.

NetSuite now uses AI to intelligently match transactions, helping to:

  • Reduce manual reconciliation effort
  • Improve matching accuracy
  • Speed up month-end close processes
  • For teams looking to streamline finance operations, this is a significant step forward in automation and efficiency.

Netherlands E-Filing Now Supported

Compliance across Europe continues to improve with updates to the EU Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp.

The latest enhancement introduces e-filing support for the Netherlands, enabling:

  • Fully electronic invoicing
  • Compliance with Dutch regulatory requirements
  • Easier cross-border operations within the EU

This is especially valuable for organisations operating in multiple European jurisdictions.

Dedicated Credit Card Refund Page

Navigation within financial transactions has been simplified in the latest NetSuite updates.

Previously, refunds and credit card charges were managed within a shared menu path:

Transactions > Bank > Use Credit Card

This required additional filtering and manual sorting.

Now, in NetSuite 2026.1:

  • Credit card refunds have their own dedicated page
  • Credit card charges are separated into a distinct menu option
  • The result is faster navigation and reduced risk of user error.

New Prompt Library MCP App

AI capabilities within NetSuite continue to expand.

The new Prompt Library MCP App, part of the MCP Standard Tools SuiteApp, allows users to:

  • Browse AI prompt templates
  • Filter prompts based on use case
  • Use prompts directly within their AI client

*This requires the NetSuite AI Connector Service Companion SuiteApp to be installed in your account.

This is particularly useful for teams experimenting with AI-assisted workflows inside NetSuite.

Billing Information Screen Simplification

From 10 June 2026, NetSuite is simplifying subscription visibility.

The Subsidiary Count line will be removed from: Setup > Company > View Billing Information

Key benefits of this change:

  • Simpler billing interface
  • Easier subsidiary creation (up to 250 subsidiaries)
  • No impact to billing, subscription, or existing configurations

Importantly, this is a UI simplification only — there are no functional changes to your account setup.
