For your initial system setup and configuration, you work with a main consultant who has been part of the implementation process and understands your business requirements. This consultant works with your system administrator to set up and train them on how to configure your software.

We offer a train-the-trainer service which allows us to coach a select number of people on the system and the various roles and functionality. In turn, this gives your staff the ability to upskill your end users themselves.
End User Training
Our experts work with your team to deliver tailored training to meet your requirements and ability. We carry out training sessions in your office, on a test version of your setup with your own data, to ensure your team are comfortable with the system they’ll be using.
