Social darts innovator Flight Club has appointed leading business software partner Eureka Solutions to ensure financial operations remain on target as the business continues to grow.

 

Flight Club’s version of the traditional game involves a series of multiplayer games using unique patented dart-tracking technology. Flight Club has reinvented darts for the twenty first century, with locations in London, Manchester, Birmingham and – soon – Leeds, and they won the Retailer’s Retailer Award for ‘Best Use of Technology’ in 2019.

 

Just as Flight Club is disrupting the darts scene with technology, Eureka Solutions is disrupting the financial software scene in the hospitality industry, adding Flight Club to a customer list that includes Bounce Ping Pong, Puttshack, Lane7, Powerleague Fives, Chilango Restaurants, St Andrews Links Golf, Derby County Football Club and Luton Town Football Club.

 

Why? Because the Eureka Solutions team is expert in implementing the leading cloud-based financial and ERP system – NetSuite – in this exciting and fast-moving sector. Not only that but their vast integration expertise sets them apart, enabling them to integrate financials with other key systems that the hospitality industry inevitably rely on – in Flight Club’s case, the widely used Zonal EPOS solution as well as others down the line.

 

For the financial team at Flight Club, the project was stimulated by the increasing time being spent trying to get the information needed out of a Sage 50 system that was bursting at the seams due to the company’s continued growth, both in terms of number of locations and transactions, and in general complexity.

 

Lucy Thompson, Flight Club’s Finance Manager, explains,
