THE RESULTS

Mike pointed out one of the key improvements found so far: “Now, everything sits within one system. Timesheets are submitted electronically, approvals are handled digitally and we can instantly generate reports on upcoming tasks and project schedules. Instead of manually building plans and trackers, we can run a single report to analyse the performance of a project.
Next month marks the first time we’ll move away from paper timesheets completely – a major milestone that reflects how much we’ve streamlined our processes through NetSuite.”
