The future of analytics is here—with Contextual Insights now embedded into NetSuite Analytics Warehouse.

This AI-powered tool automatically compares selected data against the larger dataset and delivers both visual and text-based summaries. Whether you’re looking at revenue trends, inventory variances, or operational performance, Contextual Insights helps you:

• Instantly identify what’s most important with up to three visualisations at a time
• Automatically highlight key similarities and differences

2. Multivariate Forecasting in NetSuite Planning and Budgeting

Planning just got smarter.

You can now reconcile accounts faster, with more control and fewer clicks—especially useful during month-end close.

9. Customer 360: Deeper Metrics, More Visibility

Customer 360 continues to evolve as a true hub of customer intelligence.

In 2025.2, you can now access linked workbooks from key metrics across:

• Opportunities & Estimates
• Orders & Returns
• Receivables

Plus, the new Activity tab offers a full view of all customer transactions, including Sales Orders, Credit Memos, Returns, and more, in one centralised timeline. The “See Customer History” link now takes you directly to this activity stream, making it easier than ever to understand each customer’s journey.

10. Near Match Duplicate Detection (US & Canada)

A significant upgrade for data accuracy and integrity, NetSuite now offers Near Match Detection for entity records in the US and Canada, with a UK rollout likely on the horizon.

Unlike the previous exact-match logic, this AI-powered feature identifies duplicates based on misspellings, typos, and other close variations in data entries. You’ll now:

• Receive automatic duplicate alerts even when details don’t exactly match
• See notification banners on records where duplication is suspected
• Easily merge duplicates into a single, clean record.

This is a must-have for organisations with large databases—and those looking to improve CRM and vendor data accuracy.
