What a week in Las Vegas. SuiteWorld 2025 was an incredible experience — an inspiring mix of innovation, learning, and collaboration that showcased how NetSuite continues to redefine the landscape of business management software.

Representing Eureka Solutions, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in discussions about automation, artificial intelligence, and the technologies shaping the next generation of enterprise systems. From the moment the keynotes began, it was clear that NetSuite Next is taking things to another level.

NetSuite Next: Big Ideas and Bold Innovation

The highlight of the week was the launch of NetSuite Next, the next generation of the platform designed to be collaborative, insightful, adaptive, and trustworthy. When Evan Goldberg, NetSuite’s Founder and EVP, took to the stage to unveil it, you could feel a genuine sense of anticipation in the room.

NetSuite Next represents more than a product upgrade. It marks a fundamental shift in how businesses can interact with their data and systems. By combining powerful automation with real-time intelligence, it’s setting a new standard for how decision-makers work and collaborate.

At the heart of this new release is Ask Oracle, an advanced natural language assistant that enables users to interact with their NetSuite environment using everyday language. Seeing it in action was genuinely impressive. It can search, analyze, and deliver insights instantly, explaining not only what is happening but why.

Ask Oracle isn’t just a helpful feature — it’s an intelligent business partner that transforms how people engage with information. It’s easy to see how this will become a cornerstone of how organisations make faster, more informed decisions.

Key Takeaways from SuiteWorld 2025: Insights That Inspire Action

Throughout the week, I attended sessions focused on real-world innovation — the kind that helps businesses perform better today, not years down the line. A few highlights stood out:

  • The evolution of Field Service Management, improving visibility, coordination, and efficiency for service-led businesses.
  • KPIs for Sales Managers using Saved Searches, providing clearer, real-time insight into performance across teams.
  • The expanding roadmap for Service Companies, reinforcing NetSuite’s ability to adapt to different industries.
  • The emergence of AI Agents, designed to automate repetitive tasks and deliver contextual recommendations within NetSuite.
  • And importantly, how to empower Sales Teams with AI, enabling them to spend more time nurturing customer relationships and less time managing admin.

Every one of these sessions reinforced what we already believe at Eureka Solutions — that the future of ERP is intelligent, adaptive, and deeply connected to business strategy.

AI and Automation: Powering Smarter Business with NetSuite

AI was a consistent theme throughout SuiteWorld 2025, and what struck me most was how seamlessly NetSuite is embedding it into its ecosystem. It’s not AI for AI’s sake — it’s practical, outcome-driven innovation that helps businesses operate more efficiently.

The SuiteCloud Platform now includes new tools such as the AI Connector Service, SuiteAgents, AI Toolkits, and AI Studios. These give partners like Eureka Solutions the ability to build and tailor AI-driven workflows that reflect the exact needs of each client.

Another major highlight was the announcement of NetSuite’s partnership with BILL, which introduces Intelligent Payment Automation directly into the platform. This will transform how finance teams manage their processes, making it easier to capture and pay bills, plan payments, and maintain full visibility of cash flow from a single, unified system.

Equally impressive was the launch of NetSuite Subscription Metrics — an innovation that brings customer, subscription, and revenue data together in one dashboard. With built-in SaaS-ready KPIs and predictive analytics, businesses can now plan and forecast with greater accuracy, improve customer retention, and communicate more effectively with stakeholders.

For Eureka Solutions, these updates create even more opportunities to help our clients leverage NetSuite’s intelligence to unlock efficiency and growth.

The People Behind the Innovation: Community, Collaboration, and Energy

Beyond the announcements, SuiteWorld 2025 was also about connection. The energy at the event was incredible — thousands of professionals, clients, and partners all united by the same goal: helping businesses work smarter

Networking was a major highlight of the week. A huge thank you to the partners who made the evenings so memorable, including CloudExtend, Oracle Finance, RF Smart, Tipalti, Netgain, Avalara, Celigo, and ProScope. From practicing my swing at TopGolf to rooftop networking events overlooking the Las Vegas skyline, every moment was filled with valuable conversations and collaboration.

And of course, the SuiteWorld Afterparty featuring Pitbull was an unforgettable finale — a night of music, energy, and celebration that perfectly captured the spirit of the event.

Looking Ahead: The Future of NetSuite with Eureka Solutions

As I reflect on the week, one thing stands out clearly: NetSuite is not just keeping pace with innovation — it is driving it. The capabilities revealed at SuiteWorld 2025 demonstrate that the future of ERP is intelligent, predictive, and human-centered.

At Eureka Solutions, our focus is to help businesses make that future a reality. We pride ourselves on guiding clients through transformation — from implementation and integration to optimisation and innovation. The developments announced this year only strengthen the tools we can offer to achieve that goal.

SuiteWorld 2025 was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when technology and strategy work hand in hand. I came away inspired, proud to represent Eureka Solutions, and excited to help our clients take advantage of what’s next.

The future of NetSuite is looking seriously smart, and I can’t wait to see where it leads.

NetSuite have also announced their Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) product package, comprising of existing products NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, and Account Reconciliation. Hosted on Oracle Fusion Cloud and directly integrated with NetSuite, it helps organisations gain the same enterprise-level efficiencies and accuracy into their financial processes.

While this is just a rebranding of existing products, they also embellished on how AI will assist these efficiencies. Generative AI will now assist with identifying patterns, trends and anomalies, and then generate written commentary and narratives depending on the data, just in case you’ve missed anything! Like with the ‘Ask Oracle’ feature mentioned earlier, you will also be able to hold conversations and question the digital AI assistant to gain deeper understanding of the reports provided.
