Graduate Programme
Account Manager
BA (Hons) International Business
University of Strathclyde
I studied International Business at the University of Strathclyde, with some time studying abroad in Canada in the process. I then started at Eureka as a graduate on our Sage 200 support team, before moving across to our Sales and Account Management team. My exposure to different areas of the business has given me the opportunity to learn even more from various departments of the business.
The role with Eureka Solutions really appealed to me as it was clear there was an opportunity to continue learning and to develop on both a professional and personal basis. The company’s history of progression amongst graduates and apprentices caught my attention because I wanted to get involved in a smaller company that was growing.
I started my graduate career as part of the Sage 200 Support Team, helping customers with day-to-day issues and queries regarding Sage 200. This was a great place for me to start, and through this role I discovered the area of the business which I wanted to progress to.
Now, as an Account Manager, I have the responsibility of looking after a portion of our Sage 200 customer base, ensuring we continue to deliver an exceptional customer experience to our existing customers. This is something I take great pride in.
Additionally, as part of the wider CSA Sales Team, I am also involved in the sale of Sage 200 to new business, from initial contact and software demonstrations to the onboarding process with our Projects team.
The learning never stops at Eureka Solutions! Nearly 4 years in I am still learning everyday which acts as a continued motivation. The nature of our industry means there is constantly more to learn and absorb which has been only beneficial in my roles at Eureka Solutions. This not only comes from our own industry, but also from the variation of our customer base. Whilst there is a lot to pick up, we have a great team who are continually supporting the learning experience.
