Eureka Solutions Celebrates Milestone Anniversaries of Five Dedicated Employees

At Eureka Solutions, we take immense pride in nurturing talent and fostering long-term commitment within our team.  

This year, we are delighted to celebrate significant milestones for five of our employees. Alyson McMenemy, our Customer Success Director, marks 20 years with the business, while Mike Hall, Mark Jamosin, Jaclyn Quinn, and Kevin Cowgill celebrate their 10-year anniversaries. These milestones reflect the values, culture, and opportunities that define Eureka Solutions.

In addition to their long-standing loyalty, these team members have made invaluable contributions to our success—spearheading the development of innovative tools like Besyncly, building lasting relationships, and empowering our clients to achieve their goals through tailored solutions. Their efforts have delivered transformative results across industries such as retail, logistics, and biotechnology. Their hard work and expertise have been the foundation of our growth and the lasting impact we continue to make. 

Alyson began her journey with Eureka Solutions in 2004 as a graduate Product Specialist when the company had just four staff members. Over the past two decades, she has taken on five distinct roles, evolving alongside the company and its growth into a 70+ strong team. Reflecting on her journey, Alyson highlights the enduring commitment to Eureka Solutions’ core values, which she believes remain at the heart of the business today. 

“It’s incredible to see how much we’ve grown – from one developer to 20, and from a handful of staff to over 70,” Alyson shared. “Through it all, the principles of customer service and technical expertise have stayed central to what we do, and it’s rewarding to see these values carried forward with every new hire.” 

Mike Hall, shared his perspective on his journey from Project Manager leading the implementation team to Head of Product: “I’ve loved every minute of my time here. Developing Besyncly from its inception to a cloud platform that impacts so many businesses has been immensely satisfying. The teamwork and customer focus at Eureka Solutions make it a truly special place to work.” 

For Mark Jamosin, his journey with Eureka Solutions began as an intern during university. Since then, he has progressed to Lead NetSuite Developer, demonstrating his dedication to learning and leadership. Reflecting on his time, Mark said: “One of the milestones I’m most proud of is helping and supporting new staff in their professional development. Watching them upskill and grow into vital contributors to the company has been incredibly rewarding.” 

Kevin Cowgill serves as Senior Implementation Consultant at Eureka Solutions, bringing extensive experience from his time working within the Sage channel. He quickly became one of our go-to experts in Sage 200, known for his deep knowledge and ability to tackle complex challenges. Over the years, Kevin has been instrumental in delivering numerous successful Sage 200 projects, playing a key role in reinforcing our reputation as trusted specialists in the platform. 

Jaclyn Quinn’s journey with Eureka Solutions began as a Modern Apprentice, supporting the team with administrative tasks. Over the years, her dedication and drive have seen her rise to the role of Internal Systems Coordinator. Reflecting on what makes Eureka Solutions unique, Jaclyn shared: “What really sets Eureka Solutions apart is their commitment to learning and development. There’s a huge emphasis on helping staff progress through extensive training and support, which has been pivotal in my career growth.” 

A culture of investing in people is key to our success. Over the past four years, a third of all hires have been university graduates, with half of the senior leadership team—including CEO David Lindores—starting their careers with Eureka Solutions as graduates. This approach emphasises training and loyalty, ensuring new hires grow into highly skilled roles that align with the company’s standards. 

We recently honoured these milestones as a company, hosting a celebratory dinner bringing together the senior management team and employees with five or more years of service. This event highlighted the camaraderie and shared purpose that define Eureka Solutions. 

As we celebrate these achievements, we also look ahead, committed to adapting to the ever-changing software landscape and maintaining our status as a trusted partner to vendors like Oracle NetSuite, Sage, and iplicit. The dedication of our team members like Alyson, Mike, Mark, Jaclyn, and Kevin ensures that we continue to deliver excellence for our clients across diverse sectors.
