Oracle NetSuite Support Consultant

We are a NetSuite 5-Star partner looking for an experienced support consultant who has previously supported Oracle NetSuite solutions. The candidate will work within an existing award-winning NetSuite support team who support our customers throughout the UK.

The candidate must be an excellent problem solver, be able to think on their feet, have strong communication skills and have a love for technology. Job Brief


  • Answering our Oracle NetSuite customers’ support issues and queries.
  • Frontline telephone technical support.
  • Diagnosing software problems, faults and bugs.
  • Resolving technical and application issues.
  • Establish a good working relationship with customers.
  • Update customers daily on progress with case.
  • Log all details on the support case, including all contact made and attempted with customer.
  • Explaining solutions/steps to customers via telephone in a clear manner, ensuring the customer understands and is happy.
  • Taking ownership, monitoring progress and applying escalation procedures for problems not progressing satisfactorily.
  • Update Knowledge Base documents to aid customers/other team members fix problems themselves.
  • Plan and organise own work in a rapidly changing and technical environment.
  • Assist more junior staff with customer cases.
  • Give training to more junior staff where necessary.
  • Identify possible sales opportunities and log with sales team.




  • Must have experience in supporting multiple Oracle NetSuite business solutions for 2 or more years.
  • Must have strong technical skills and experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent problem solver.
  • Work well in a team environment.
  • The candidate would preferably have a finance background.
  • Should have a willingness to learn and share knowledge with other members of the team.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service.
